I've been busy prepping for my first wholesale trade show. I'll be at the New England Made Gift Show in Portland, ME this weekend, March 17-19. Setup is Friday and the clock is ticking down! I still have a few samples to make, display elements to finalize, price list work to do, promotional materials to finish, and more on a really long to-do list that I can't even remember at the moment. My brain is a jumble of tangled thoughts this week! And on top of all that, next week we'll be diving right into getting the shop ready to open. There is a ton of work to do on that (stayed tuned), but we're shooting for an Easter weekend opening. (Yikes!)
Here are a few pics of the trade show setup in progress - using the currently empty shop as the staging area.
A display board waiting for necklaces...
Some Words to Live By necklaces tagged and ready to be arranged
One display table coming together s l o w l y. (You can see in the background that the shop walls are still yellow. Paint happening next week. Yay!)
Love the way this display board turned out for these new ocean-y themed necklaces.
Little ocean necklaces looking so cute all lined up in a row!
Whew! Almost there.
